Making a good judgment is necessary in all spheres of life and in each and every activity we are making decisions. Therefore, what is important is to take the right decisions, especially in those areas of life where a wrong decision can cause a lot of trouble to yourself and other people.
One can always learn to be a good decision maker by remembering a few important points such as finding complete information relating to the decision that you have to make, before you take any decision or judgment. Once you know the root cause of the situation and all the facts, it will give you an insight into what the repercussions of your various decisions can be. This gives you the way towards the best decision.
A good decision maker is always logical and honest. So, when you have all the facts together, honestly make a decision that is logical and clear. Before making a decision, the risks involved should also be measured carefully. The question to be answered is whether your decision will help you and others or will it harm you and others; and if at all, will anyone gain by the decision you make.
Its good and bad effects have to be weighed carefully and with respect to the facts that you have collected. Even small information can be important and a small decision on your part could lead to a big change in another person’s life. All this should be kept in mind before taking a decision, and you keep these in mind, have a clear and logical thinking you will make good judgments.
